  • Overview

    Scoppechio is seeking a Digital Recruiter to take lead on filling all mid-senior level roles while working with hiring managers to provide a best practice approach, innovation and guidance on hiring awesome people. This role reports into the Vice President, Human Resources.

    Responsibilities

    • The Digital Recruiter will manage all full time requisitions encompassing multiple departments and disciplines 
    • Develop recruitment strategies based on the requirements of open requisitions and hiring managers 
    • Manage candidates through full life cycle recruitment process.
    • Develop and continue to review a robust internal recruitment process in line with Company resource requirements 
    • The Digital Recruiter will research and develop alternative sourcing methods as well as pro-actively source talent via various channels (i.e. - LinkedIn, social networks and industry associations), in an effort to establish qualified candidate pipelines for anticipated staffing needs 
    • Identify, discuss and negotiate candidate compensation requirements 
    • Maintain requisition and applicant activity and status in web-based applicant tracking system per regulatory and company guidelines 
    • The Digital Recruiter will manage third party recruiters as necessary 
    • Provide weekly recruiting metrics and updates to HR team and client groups
    • Keeps current on market and industry trends and information to remain competitive and compliant 
    • Builds and maintains proactive partnerships with HR Director and hiring managers in order to understand their business, be aware of their staffing needs and issues, and offer ideas, solutions and tools.
    • Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and company policy related to recruitment and placement.
    • Proficient navigating the software and entering data changes. 
    • Demonstrates strategic approaches to direct sourcing, interviewing techniques, selection techniques and recruiting practices
    • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment. 
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to build and foster collaborative environment

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Arts (BS) preferred 
    • Experience recruiting for ad/digital agencies a plus
    • 4+yrs recruiting experience
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to develop, structure, and execute hiring strategies
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Familiarity with icims, MediaBistro, LinkedIn is a plus
    • Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plus
    • A self-motivated individual who consistently monitors their respective landscape in order to keep up to speed with industry developments, new tactics and thought leadership
