    The Scoppechio Manager, Marketing Sciences is responsible for managing omnichannel assignments for the agency’s clients. Our Marketing Sciences team delivers results-focused, actionable analytics and optimization programs that drive clear ROI for our clients. We need you to be able to manage a profitable business to drive innovation, and quality of deliverables.

    Responsibilities

    • Use data to inform strategic decisions, working closely with strategy and account teams
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals
    • Analyze both digital advertising (including social and display, CRM) and offline media analytics (radio, Out-of-Home, Direct Mail, etc.)
    • Aggregate and analyze data from a variety of sources to inform hypotheses and testing/learning plans
    • Proactively identify trends in multivariate data and translate findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations
    • Support multiple clients and manage simultaneous projects and deliverables
    • Create client-ready reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables
    • Help to create dashboards and other data visualization deliverables, via tools such as Domo, Google Data Studios, Excel, or others
    • Go beyond primary campaign or performance metrics to provide clients with a more holistic data story

    Qualifications

    • Ad agency experience preferred
    • At least 5-6 years relevant analyst experience
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, social listening, and social analytics tools
    • Experience with data science programming languages such as Python, R, and VBA a plus
    • Experience in a broad cross-section of data analysis principles, processes, and techniques including: data downloads, spreadsheet development, reporting, and modeling
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and client interaction skills
    • Data visualization techniques, and insights development and are needed to a wide range of internal and client stakeholders
    • Highly detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
