  • Overview

    The Scoppechio Project Manager is responsible for managing omnichannel assignments for the agency’s clients. He/She oversees that the project deliverables map to the business objectives. The Project Manager must have the ability to scope assignments and manage resources, timelines and budgets. They must have an understanding of project management tools and approaches to managing multi-disciplinary projects that deliver balanced and integrated solutions to our client's challenging business problems. The Project Manager manages projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high-performance standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble and manage specification documents and client communications; accurately transferring key client information to the appropriate teams.
    • Effectively presents information in informal and formal client settings.
    • Act as an advisor to management on potential client or revenue issues.
    • Compile and execute effective project communications to client and team members.
    • Managing expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation and feedback.
    • Identify, prioritize, and transfer project information into project requirements for project teams that accurately translates the client’s vision.
    • Provide knowledge of the resources and talent needed (both within and outside the agency) to deliver a project according to the client’s vision.
    • Work with project discipline leads to identify, prioritize and resource the work within the team, input requests into the resourcing tool.
    • Manage the development and execution of project plans; creating project scope, estimates, schedules and budgets.
    • Guide and lead the team throughout the lifecycle of a project; from assessment and definition, creative & technical design, production and development, and testing and launch.
    • Ensure the lessons learned from previous projects are translated into best practices and used to solve project objectives and success criteria.
    • Work closely with project teams to effectively scope work throughout the project lifecycle; identifying and managing any project issues.
    • Maintain the accuracy of project information within the agency’s reporting systems.

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 5 years in Project Management or Account Service, experience managing multi-phased projects within an agency setting.
    • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written.
    • Proven Problem-Solving skills. Biased toward finding solutions and removing barriers to progress.
    • Self-starter; able to juggle multiple projects at once.
    • Proven track record in a client-service environment including exposure to clients and ability to lead project teams.
    • Proficient in project management tools (such as Smartsheet, Advantage, Ravetree, Basecamp, Workfront) Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other closely related areas preferred.
    • Certification in Project Management a plus.
