    We have an excellent growth opportunity for an eager and energetic interactive Swiss army knife. First and foremost, you will assist with QA testing to assess software and web development quality through manual and automated methods. In addition, you will be responsible for helping find bugs and glitches, then working with the Development team to verify fixes. Ultimately, you will ensure that all digital and web projects work correctly and help us provide the best user experience for our clients.

    In addition to the QA functions of this role, we have a growing need for a Jr. UI designer to assist our Interactive Design Lead on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of UX, UI (design) and development, and an overall willingness to learn. It’s great opportunity for someone interested in contributing to a growing interactive team in a variety of ways.


    • Work with the development team and solutions analysts to create test plans
    • Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze results
    • Monitor application errors and performance monitoring
    • Test application and web performance with load testing tools
    • Document all discovered bugs or missing features
    • Assist our Interactive Design Lead with UI design


    • Basic web QA knowledge
    • Comfortable learning new technologies necessary to perform aspects of this job
    • Strong organization skills
    • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail
    • Works well both individually and as a team contributor
    • Excellent personal presentation, oral, and written skills
    • Understanding of basic CSS/HTML
    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
    • Experience with Sketch or XD is a bonus
    • Solid design sense and knowledge of trends
    • Understanding of UX as well as accessibility and usability standards
    • Nimble and collaborative 


    • Mobile testing experience
    • Basic programming skills a plus to help with writing and running automated and load testing
    • Experience writing automated tests
    • Web-service testing experience
    • Documentation and Test Plan writing skills
