Scoppechio is looking for media professionals that strive to develop skills and knowledge base in preparation for responsibility in planning, evaluating and buying advertising media across a variety of venues, including but not limited to television, cable, radio, outdoor, newspaper, magazine, digital, social and mail. If you love excel and all its glory, this might be the right opportunity for you.  


  • Possesses strong math skills and the ability to multi-task 
  • Efficiently uses Word® and Excel® and is PC/Mac qualified, and proficient in PowerPoint® and general communication tools like email, outlook, etc.  
  • Assists with the preparation, monitoring and maintenance of all media projects and buying assignments 
  • Attends internal or client specific status, planning, and brainstorming meetings 
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines and pressure 
  • Monitors trade publications and websites, blogs for new media trends 
  • Collects media research data and assists in writing reports 
  • Understands various media and their applications against Client strategies, goals and objectives 
  • Understands the value and usefulness of traditional, digital and emerging media 
  • Assists in the development of media plans for existing and prospective clients 
  • Makes verbal and written media space reservations (as requested) 
  • Prepares estimates, insertion orders, reconciles invoices/IO’s (as requested) 
  • Prepares media campaign performance evaluations, and reports (as requested)
  • Reconcile accounting discrepancies with vendors.
  • Organization is integral to this role


  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (REQUIRED)
  • 1-4 years experience in an advertising agency. 
  • Passion for the business of advertising.
  • Organization is a must have.
