    Scoppechio is one of the Mid-South’s largest, most successful and dynamic agencies. We are looking for an Project/Traffic Manager to join our ranks in our creative department. This is a highly visible role within the creative department. If you thrive on demonstrating the ability to manage workflow from inception to completion, while ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects for a variety of clients, this opportunity could be right for you. The ideal candidate must have experience creating and monitoring schedules for multimedia campaigns as well as single projects in a high-volume environment, in mediums including Digital, Social, Video, TV, Print, Radio, Retail, and Collateral. Key qualities include excellent prioritization skills, demonstrating good judgment and flexibility, and the ability to keep cool under pressure. 

    Responsibilities

    • Assemble and manage specification documents and client communications
    • Effectively presents information in informal and formal team settings.
    • Act as an advisor to management on potential client or revenue issues.
    • Compile and execute effective project communications to client and team members.
    • Identify, prioritize, and transfer project information into project requirements for creative teams.
    • Provide knowledge of the resources and talent needed (both within and outside the agency) to deliver on projects.
    • Work with project discipline leads to identify, prioritize and resource the work within the team.
    • Guide and lead the team throughout the lifecycle of a project.
    • Ensure the lessons learned from previous projects are translated into best practices and used to solve project objectives and success criteria.
    • Maintain the accuracy of project information within the agency’s reporting systems.

    Qualifications

    • Passion for the business of advertising and a thirst for organic and new business growth.
    • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Combination of 3 – 5 years experience, within agency a must
    • A refined understanding of how strategy, creative, digital, media and analytics integrate
    • Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written.
    • Self-starter; able to juggle multiple projects at once.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote, and Project and/or other scheduling tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other closely related areas preferred.
