Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our ranks. An individual deeply ingrained in digital culture, omnichannel marketing and the dynamics of CRM. This individual will play a critical role in helping clients monitor and interact with its current customers; playing an active role in strategic direction for the organizations; helping develop and evangelize a company-wide perspective on what CRM should be; and building new thinking and services for the agency. In other words, the ideal candidate is someone who thrives on working in a highly visible, challenging, fast-paced capacity at the cutting edge where communications and technology come together.

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive and lead development and execution of digital strategies such as customer relationships, engagement, and activation concepts for all CRM channels
  • Uncover insights in partnership with the marketing sciences department through analysis for leading clients and accounts
  • Define and execute CRM test plans
  • Digital marketing platform experience. Able to define and manage campaigns that integrate email marketing with CRM systems
  • Demonstrate deep professional experience in emerging media, with a clear understanding how to apply tools and technology to infuse innovative digital and social strategies into new and existing work
  • Continually grow understanding and knowledge of client business and their competitive environment; apply this information in preparing and presenting focused programs and recommendations
  • Educate internal peers and external clients of digital and social media trends, particularly around CRM
  • Identify and assist in building new service offerings in relation to digital & social media
  • Build and present concepts and programs, both for clients and for new business proposals and opportunities 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 5 years digital experience; agency or client-side experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business/marketing preferred
  • Proven expertise in developing creative solutions for industry leading clients and organizations
  • Successful track record of building and developing high performing teams
  • Experience generating digital strategies for clients
  • 2 years of experience working with CRM strategies specifically
  • Successful track record of building and presenting strategic digital concepts/programs, recommendations and tactics for clients and effectively executing programs
  • Solid grasp of social, digital, email and word-of-mouth marketing, personal and professional experience across the digital and social space, and knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
  • Experience with search engine marketing and optimization, key word analysis and Google analytic assessments and strategies. Strong understanding of community engagement and online campaign experience
  • Experience developing digital strategies for new website builds and community engagement forums
  • Ability to provide clear creative conceptual direction and to motivate and inspire client, account, and creative teams
  • An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working effectively with colleagues and clients across organizations and geographies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across a range of formats and platforms
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines efficiently
